Estonia has inaugurated its inaugural drone training facility in Nurmsi, a project largely funded by Luxembourg with about five million euros. Located near a major European grass airfield, the newly established three-story centre provides essential infrastructure, including learning spaces, storage, maintenance areas, lodging, and an observation tower. This dedicated centre will serve as a key training hub for the Estonian Defence League, the Defence Forces, and their allied partners, marking a substantial advancement in Estonia’s drone expertise and overall defence readiness.
