Elena Stern is the Project Manager at Tallinn University ScreenMe-Net project (grant agreement No 952156). She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tallinn University of Technology and holds a master’s degree in Political sciences from Tallinn University.
She has work experience as a legal consultant, chief specialist and consultant in the Tallinn City Administration. She also has experience in project writing and in organizing and conducting international conferences and workshops.
